All Lutra-Embroidery charts and other proprietary content are also protected by copyright. By submitting any material to us, you automatically grant Lutra-Embroidery the royalty-free, perpetual, exclusive right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, edit, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform and display such material (in whole or part) worldwide and/or to incorporate it in other works in any form, media or technology now know or later developed. Lutra-Embroidery will endeavour to acknowledge you as the source of the material when I feature such material. Lutra-Embroidery reserves the right to display content with, or without, name or reference when you respond @lutra_embroidery. Lutra-Embroidery is not obliged to publish material submitted by you. When taking part in any Lutra-Embroidery community or social media groups you are governed by the terms of usage of the site in which the community/group exists.

Lutra-Embroidery remains harmless from any claim or cause of actions related to your violation of any of these terms, including but not limited to any claims or allegations from third parties. Should a third-party declare legal actions related to your community participation, or Lutra-Embroidery usage of content, you will notify Lutra-Embroidery at once.

I love celebrating the creativity of the embroidery and craft community by resharing your work across our social media channels. If you would like to have your work featured, here are a few of our content recommendations:

– Please use the hashtag #lutraembroidery to give me permission to reshare your work.
– Tagging your photo with @lutra_embroidery on Instagram will help to ensure that me sees your content.
– I cannot reshare images that feature the contributor’s userhandle superimposed on the image.
– I cannot reshare images that feature names or dates.
– Images should be suitable for a general audience.

I understand the importance of originality and crediting artists. That’s why I endeavour to avoid resharing work that has been closely copied from another designer without due credit or permission. If you feel any content has been miscredited, as user handles change over time and through human error, please reach out to me and we will open an investigation.
